A luxury villa project could be approved in Juno Beach, where townhouses of a similar size typically sell for more than $500,000.
The Juno Beach Town Council will consider the planned unit development for Ocean One Aug. 26. FDC Juno Beach LLC, an affiliate of Frankel Enterprises, seeks to develop the 3.88-acre site, between U.S. 1 and Ocean Drive, just south of Old Towne Lane. The vacant property is just west of the Seminole Golf Club.
Ocean One would have 22 villas in 12 buildings. There would be two types of models. The two-story villa would total 3,480 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The three-story villa would span 3,978 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms three stories, plus an open deck on the third floor. Each unit would have a two-car garage.
Stuart Brenner, of Brenner Architecture Group, couldn’t be reached for comment about the project he designed.
The developer acquired the property for $7.18 million in 2020. That’s $326,363 per planned unit, so the price of these villas will certainly be in the luxury category.
Frankel Enterprises has offices in Jupiter and Philadelphia. In northern Palm Beach County, the company previously developed the Azure Palm Beaches condo, Admirals Corporate Center, and Admirals Cove.
