Prior to joining SVN, Rob was the Founder and President of Atlantic Action and Carey Limousine Florida, one of the largest limousine companies in Florida. Rob negotiated the sale of his business to Carey International, the World’s Largest Limousine Company, and was hired to head the growth of Carey through internal sales and acquisition of multiple other companies.
Rob served in the United States Marines Corp, is a native of Carmel, Indiana and has resided in South Florida for 30+ years.

David has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, pursuing his CCIM designation for Commercial Real Estate Investment.

David has worked with both private as well as institutional investors to acquire and manage Real Estate investments. David lives in Palm Beach County where he enjoys boating, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
