Florida’s golf center is getting a new retail center devoted to the game.
PGA TOUR Superstore is adding Palm Beach Gardens to its expanding store portfolio. Benderson Development announced that the experiential golf gear and apparel retailer has signed a lease for approximately 38,000 square feet of space at 3198 PGA Blvd., its former Toys “R” Us property.
Expected to open later this spring, the new Palm Beach Gardens store will feature a 2,800-square-foot putting green, two hitting bays, six state-of-the-art simulators and a large selection of clubs, accessories, footwear and apparel for men, women and juniors.
PGA TOUR Superstore operates 42 stores in 16 states. Palm Beach Gardens is among two new stores scheduled to open in the next few months, and the fifth national location with which Benderson Development has been involved.
“The Jupiter/ Palm Beach Gardens area has become known as the golf capital of the world, making this an ideal location for PGA TOUR Superstore to open,” said Shaun Benderson of Benderson
Development. “The retailer has a very successful interactive model, and we’re proud to play a role in its ongoing national expansion.”
Based in University Park, near Sarasota, Benderson Development owns more than 40 million square feet of space throughout 39 states. Its diverse portfolio consists of retail, office, medical, industrial/warehouse, hotel and multifamily residential properties.
