Time Equities, Inc. has unveiled details of its mixed-use, resort-style development, CasaMara, located in West Palm Beach, FL. Located at 3111 South Dixie Hwy., just south of Belvedere Road, CasaMara will offer 300 class-A apartments, a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse and an additional 16,000 square feet of retail shops along Dixie Highway called The Plaza at CasaMara.
Leasing and marketing on the apartments is being handled by Lincoln Property Company. The Plaza will offer a curated mix of neighborhood-scale retail stores. Avison Young has been tapped to handle the retail leasing and marketing.
“We have been in the market quietly now for a month or two and are seeing strong demand for the CasaMara shops due to their manageable sizes, built-in customer base and unbeatable exposure on Dixie Highway,” said Avison Young’s Don DeWoody.
The project is financed by M&T Bank in its first construction loan in the South Florida market.
